Not Good Customer Service. I never received the bracelet and was told by Customer Service that it shows by the tracking number that it was delivered. So, therefore, I was out of luck. I live in a huge Condo Community with shared mailboxes, someone must have stolen my package and Love & Linen just said "too bad". This was to be my Son's Christmas gift and now I am scrambling to get something else for him. AND, I am out of the money I spent. Not Happy!!
